Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex engineering projects across all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), specifically focusing on cost group 400 (Technical Building Equipment/TGA). The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project success by precisely controlling costs, schedules, and quality standards. A critical component of the role is serving as the primary contact and Key Account Manager for clients, fostering strong professional relationships. Candidates must possess professional experience in managing large-scale projects and Key Account Management, coupled with a degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification (Technician/Master level is also acceptable).
