Job Summary

This role involves crucial construction management and site supervision for technical building systems (TGA) projects within a renowned, international engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets through meticulous cost control and coordination. Key daily tasks include conducting site supervision, managing defects, performing acceptance inspections, verifying quantities (Aufmaß), and meticulously reviewing supplementary claims. A core requirement is several years of construction management experience specifically within technical building services, coupled with expert knowledge of German regulatory frameworks (VOB and HOAI). Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Building Services or Supply Engineering, or an equivalent Technician/Master qualification.
