Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management of building services and energy for the Teltow-Fläming district. Day-to-day, the specialist will be responsible for designing and planning technical building systems, overseeing construction and acceptance, and ensuring ongoing maintenance and servicing. A key part of the job is also managing energy consumption, including energetic building management and procurement, as well as contract management. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in building services or HVAC technology, strong knowledge of relevant technical regulations (HLS), and familiarity with HOAI and VOB.
