Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a prestigious high-end watchmaking manufacture located in the Neuchâtel mountains region as the Quality Manager. This pivotal role involves leading and guaranteeing product quality across the organization, ensuring adherence to the highest standards expected in luxury watchmaking. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and training a dedicated quality team. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for diligently tracking and analyzing all product non-conformities, subsequently implementing effective corrective and preventive actions. A significant part of the job focuses on establishing and maintaining comprehensive quality documentation while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
