Job Summary

The Pre-assembly Manager will take charge of leading and unifying a team of approximately 15 Mechanical Assemblers, operating within a production environment focused on precision machinery. A core responsibility is optimizing processes and workflows to significantly enhance overall productivity. Day-to-day tasks include meticulous planning and organization of work schedules to ensure targets are met, alongside monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing necessary corrective actions. This pivotal role also involves providing essential technical and administrative support to team members. Candidates must possess higher technical education and confirmed experience both in precision mechanical assembly and team supervision. Strong managerial, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, with knowledge of Lean management (Green/Black Belt certification being a strong asset) highly valued.
