Job Summary

The Global Training Leader will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs centered on product expertise, brand storytelling, client experience, and sales excellence within the luxury watch sector. Key responsibilities include contributing to the creation of training modules, adapting content for various formats (digital, in-person, gamified), and co-facilitating sessions globally. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training with launches and Go-to-Market initiatives, while also gathering feedback and monitoring training KPIs to assess effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for watchmaking. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in training, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality. Crucially, the position demands fluency in English coupled with native proficiency (mother tongue) in either French or German, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
