Job Summary
Join enercity Contracting GmbH in Hannover as an Automation Engineer, focusing on the automation technology for heating and cooling systems. In this role, you will independently manage automation projects from conception to acceptance, creating functional descriptions, automation diagrams, and programming according to IEC 61131-3. You will also be responsible for developing existing software modules, defining standards, and acting as a key contact for plant digitalization, collaborating closely with IT. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on decentralized energy generation plants with a focus on renewable energies, contributing to the decarbonization efforts in the housing industry across Germany. The ideal candidate will have a degree or technician's qualification in electrical or automation engineering, with practical experience in industrial control systems, particularly WAGO.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or a Technician's qualification with relevant professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, programming, and commissioning of industrial control systems, especially WAGO
- Experience in project accompaniment from concept phase to plant acceptance in automation technology
