Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join an international industrial group as a Chemical Engineer specializing in the valorization and recycling sector, focusing specifically on metallurgy processes in Neuchâtel. You will be responsible for the technical supervision of key production workshops, including burning, sieving, and acid/alkaline attack processes. A core part of the role involves ensuring industrial performance, maintaining high standards of safety (HSE), and guaranteeing quality across operations. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, resolve complex process issues, and drive the technological evolution of the workshops to enhance competitiveness. Furthermore, you will manage the planning and tracking of catalyst waste and other materials, and pilot various industrial projects, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills within a dynamic team environment.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial, chemical, or metallurgical environment.
- Professional experience ensuring safety, quality, and industrial performance.
- Professional experience in problem resolution and continuous process improvement.

Additional
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI - Taux 100%). Requires strong sense of responsibility, flexibility regarding working hours, and good stress resistance.
