Job Summary

This role involves the administrative processing and management of contaminated site remediation cases within the city of Würzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting administrative orders and decisions related to soil protection and contaminated sites law, including water law matters with soil protection relevance. Key tasks include conducting historical investigations, procuring expert opinions, and managing remediation projects in collaboration with technical colleagues. The position also entails overseeing procurement procedures for historical investigations, monitoring compliance, and handling billing. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Dipl. (FH) or BA) in Law, Public Management/Administration, or comparable studies with Law as a minor; OR Qualification examination for entry into the 3rd qualification level of the administrative and finance career path; OR Qualification examination for entry into the 2nd qualification level of this career path with suitability endorsement for modular qualification; OR Fachprüfung II for administrative employees.

Experience
