Job Summary

This role involves driving digital transformation by connecting the German Armed Forces with the startup ecosystem. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with Venture Capital Funds, innovation networks, and military innovation hubs, both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include evaluating startup pitches, identifying technological potential for innovation projects, and advising leadership on partnership selection and development. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and experience in innovation, VC, or startup environments, preferably with exposure to public or military clients. This position offers the chance to contribute to Germany's security by advancing the Bundeswehr's IT capabilities within a dynamic and security-relevant context, utilizing agile methodologies and entrepreneurial thinking.
