Job Summary

The role involves acting as a key strategic partner and advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of AXA Switzerland. You will be instrumental in driving the development, communication, and organizational anchoring of the Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) strategy. A core responsibility is ensuring alignment between local IT operations and global AXA Group governance, including preparing the CIO for international meetings. Furthermore, you will manage the IT Efficiency Case, collaborating with IT Finance to ensure cost targets are met. This challenging position requires a highly engaged and reliable personality with strong leadership and storytelling abilities, ready to tackle innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and significant professional experience in strategic IT management or management consulting. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
