Job Summary

The Broker Consultant for Individual Life Insurance plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with AXA's network of brokers and their clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive consultation and support to brokers, offering specialized training, and developing customized insurance concepts tailored to client needs. The consultant is also responsible for planning client retention measures, conducting annual broker reviews, and assisting brokers with digital media utilization. This position requires strong expertise in individual life insurance, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. Candidates must possess a professional qualification in financial planning or insurance, or a higher education degree (FH/HF level) in finance or asset management, coupled with proven sales or customer consulting experience.
