This role involves the comprehensive administration, installation, and configuration of internal IT infrastructure for a client in Ingolstadt. Day-to-day tasks include managing PCs, printers, smartphones, and mobile devices, along with documenting and resolving error messages in a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and monitoring data backup concepts, providing hardware and software user support, and maintaining system documentation.
