As a Building Services Engineer, you will be the key point of contact for construction projects, overseeing them from initial concept through to final documentation (HOAI phases 1-8). This involves setting performance standards for external planning and technical services, ensuring technical operational readiness, and enforcing defect deadlines and liability. You will lead internal project teams, ensure adherence to internal process guidelines, and meticulously control execution, quality, costs, and timelines for construction and maintenance projects in Mannheim, all while complying with legal regulations.
