Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, acting as the first point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues. The specialist will be responsible for receiving and classifying IT incidents via phone, email, and in-person, performing initial analysis, and escalating complex problems to administrators. Key duties include documenting issues in a ticketing system, tracking them to resolution, and installing new hardware and software for users. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, proficiency in standard operating systems and MS Office, and excellent communication skills to assist users with various IT-related questions.
