Day-to-day tasks include receiving and documenting support requests via phone, email, and in-person, analyzing and classifying IT disturbances, and escalating complex issues to administrators. A key part of the role is the installation and configuration of hardware and software, alongside providing direct assistance to users with all IT-related questions.
