Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and documenting support requests via phone, email, and in-person, analyzing and classifying IT disturbances, and escalating complex issues to administrators. A key part of the role is the installation and configuration of hardware and software, alongside providing direct assistance to users with all IT-related questions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT background, proficiency in standard operating systems and MS Office, and excellent communication skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
