This role as a Laboratory Assistant in Food & Oral Care Product Development offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative flavors and textures. You will be instrumental in supporting the development process from initial concept to final product, focusing on confectionery and baked goods. Day-to-day, you'll be preparing end products for client projects, testing new flavors, organizing internal and external tastings, and ensuring the confectionery and bakery flavor stock is current. The ideal candidate will have a background in baking or confectionery, or a chemistry-related laboratory qualification, coupled with a keen eye for sensory details and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
