Job Summary

This role offers a hands-on opportunity for a Laboratory Assistant to contribute to the product development of confectionery and baked goods. You will be instrumental in bringing innovative flavors, textures, and applications from prototype to market readiness. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing end products for customer projects, testing new flavors, and meticulously preparing internal tastings and client presentations. You'll also manage sample packaging and labeling, actively participate in development projects, and maintain inventory of confectionery and baked goods flavors. The ideal candidate will have a background in baking or confectionery, or laboratory experience as a Chemist or Lab Technician, coupled with a keen sensory awareness and attention to detail.
