This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT System Administrator to join an internationally successful IT service provider in Germany. You will be at the forefront of supporting users at Techlounge locations, handling tickets, and providing essential 1st-Level support for a diverse range of hardware including Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Your responsibilities will also extend to assisting with software queries related to Windows 10, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, MS Office, and Citrix VDI.
