Job Summary

As an IT Process Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and managing IT processes, primarily focusing on system configuration, workflow automation, and interface optimization. Your daily tasks will involve configuring systems, creating and adapting approval workflows, and analyzing and enhancing system interfaces. You will also be responsible for planning and managing service releases and updates, including reviewing release notes. Additionally, you will provide crucial 3rd-level support, addressing complex incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the 2nd-level team.
