Job Summary

As an AI Solution Builder & Advocate, you will drive the discovery and prioritization of AI use cases through short sprints with business units, identifying high-impact opportunities and maintaining a transparent pipeline with clear OKRs. Your role involves developing prototypes and productive solutions using low-code platforms like Power Platform and Copilot Studio, integrating them with Microsoft 365 and approved data sources, and applying advanced prompt design and RAG-patterns. You will collaborate closely with the AI and Digital Innovation team and external partners, ensuring secure and compliant solution introductions in coordination with IT, data protection, security, and the works council. A key aspect of the role is to develop robust, transferable solutions that secure long-term adoption, fostering continuous feedback loops and optimization.
