IT Specialist / Process Manager Release Management | Informatiker / Prozessmanager Release Management (m/d/w)

Job Summary

This role involves independently managing, monitoring, and optimizing group-wide ITSM processes, specifically focusing on Change and Release Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing concepts for new or improved process alignments to ensure optimal technical support and enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities also include project management, encompassing leading projects, developing concepts, and coordinating and implementing guidelines. The role requires creating and evaluating reports and key performance indicators for management, as well as providing cross-departmental consulting to IT Key Performers and all business units. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, ITIL and Project Management certifications, and extensive experience in ITSM and ITIL processes.
