Key activities include defining clear goals, benefits, and acceptance criteria for backlog items, and translating strategic objectives like availability, data protection, and cost frameworks into actionable work packages. The role requires continuous stakeholder communication, expectation management, and coordination of Cloud DevOps Engineers and external partners. Additionally, the Service Owner manages budget, forecasts costs, identifies savings potential, and ensures compliance with data protection and service goals. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in cloud or IT service environments, excellent backlog management skills, and the ability to balance governance with helpfulness.
