Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support to employees. The specialist will also be involved in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications, as well as training staff on IT system usage. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Business Management Assistant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in hardware, software, operating systems (Windows), applications, and networks
- Experience with common support tools and ticketing systems
