Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support to IT users, handling inquiries via phone, ticketing systems, and in-person or remote assistance. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts (e.g., in Active Directory), deploying software, and maintaining/troubleshooting workstation hardware. The specialist will also actively contribute to IT projects such as hardware and software rollouts, and ideally possess experience in hardware procurement, technical documentation, creating user manuals, and setting up/operating conference technology.
