Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor at the wastewater sludge incineration plant in Hannover, you will lead and coordinate a shift team, ensuring the plant's continuous and efficient operation. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring and operating the plant via the process control system, conducting regular inspections, and promptly restoring normal operations during disruptions. You'll analyze faults, identify irregularities, and contribute to maintenance activities and shift planning. This role requires a strong technical background, experience in thermal power plants or incineration facilities, and the ability to work in a demanding, shift-based environment. You'll report to the Production Manager, focusing on maintaining high plant availability while optimizing economic efficiency.
