As a Team Lead for Conjugation and Purification, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a new batch production area for life-saving cancer medications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a shift team, including disciplinary management, scheduling, and ensuring timely training. You will also be actively involved in the preparation of batches, performing regular quality controls, and supporting the adherence to production plans and processes.
