Job Summary

This role involves leading an HR working group responsible for supporting scientific staff at Friedrich-Alexander University. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to up to five employees, handling complex HR issues, and advising staff and managers on employment law matters. Key responsibilities include coordinating and implementing personnel measures throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to re-employment and working hour changes. The position requires close collaboration with employee and severely disabled representative bodies. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in Administrative Sciences, Law, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR or Law

Experience

  • Experience in collaborating on projects
