Job Summary

As a Product Owner for HR Systems, you will be a key player in a 20-person team, acting as the primary contact for all internal HR systems and external service providers. This role involves overseeing more than 10 diverse HR systems, from applicant management to certificate generation, ensuring their seamless integration into the existing system landscape. You will leverage your understanding of HR processes and data origins to answer user queries, analyze processes with specialist departments, identify optimization potential, and drive implementation. You will also proactively explore new topics in digitalization, automation, and AI within HR, staying abreast of market trends to recommend improvements and advance digital transformation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing user experience and bridging the gap between HR and IT.

Completed commercial training or a university degree

Experience

  • Initial practical experience with systems, ideally in an HR environment
  • Experience in active listening and conveying content across interface departments, IT software providers, and service providers
  • Ability to understand IT-supported processes
