As an IT Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact and consultant for a specific business department, overseeing all IT requirements and projects. Your role involves understanding the department's priorities and collaborating with them to conduct thorough requirements analyses, guiding these from initial concept to successful implementation. You will also advise on and drive digitalization initiatives, managing cross-functional IT projects involving both business units and IT teams. This position requires a holistic view of IT consulting, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to clearly communicate complex IT concepts to stakeholders. You will ensure technological investments align with business needs and support the company's internationalization strategy by improving its technology portfolio and setting architectural standards.
