Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage the digital rollout of AVIATAR products to customer sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling IT-technical connections, developing technical solutions for customers, and resolving customer-specific issues, both on-site and remotely. Key responsibilities also include supporting and leading Customer Success teams in developing tailored products, fostering a digital customer community, and implementing agile product development. The position requires advising airline customers on the usability and functionality of AVIATAR products, leveraging a strong background in IT, business informatics, and project management to drive digital transformation within the aviation industry.
