Job Summary

This role involves planning and coordinating Microsoft 365 projects within an operational environment, focusing on creating rollout concepts and managing their execution. The coordinator will be responsible for documenting processes and project results, maintaining handbooks, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities also include leading internal teams and external partners, troubleshooting operational project issues, and communicating regularly with various departments and management through status reports and presentations. Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology; MCSA, MCSE, MCP certifications in the MS environment; PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred); ITIL certification

Experience

  • Professional experience as a System or Cloud Engineer in the Microsoft environment
  • Professional experience in planning and coordinating IT projects, preferably operational projects
  • Experience in Windows Client Engineering is an advantage
