Job Summary

As a Mentor/Coach in the Empowerment Hub, you will guide participants through their interdisciplinary skill development journey within the 'Your Future' career game. This role focuses on individual support and fostering personal growth, acting as a companion, coach, and inspirer rather than a traditional knowledge provider. You will mentor up to 60 participants weekly, conducting individual feedback sessions and facilitating group reflections to encourage self-reflection and competence development. Beyond mentoring, you'll manage the game's backend, ensuring smooth operations and integrating new learning formats, contributing to innovative, technology-supported educational experiences.
