Job Summary

As a Service Owner for the adaptive learning platform Area9 Rhapsode, you will be a key member of the Digital Services and Solutions team at WBS GRUPPE. Your daily responsibilities will involve actively designing and configuring the technical foundation of digital learning formats, ensuring stable and efficient system operations, and supporting the implementation of innovative learning processes for diverse target groups. You will be instrumental in the technical administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the platform, including user management, course structuring, reporting, and interface management. Additionally, you will conceptualize, implement, and maintain system integrations (e.g., LMS, SSO, API connections), handle complex 3rd-level support inquiries, and perform performance monitoring and quality assurance.
