Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and service for the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation at its Leipzig location. The successful candidate will be responsible for first-level support, including analyzing and resolving IT issues, setting up and maintaining workstations (PCs, notebooks, printers, smartphones, tablets), and documenting all activities in a ticketing system. The position also includes supporting IT projects and rollouts, assisting with user and rights management, and managing hardware and software installations. Additionally, the role supports event technology, climate control, and power supply systems, and collaborates with external second-level support providers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualification, knowledge, and skills.

Experience

  • Professional experience with ticketing systems (ideally JIRA/Confluence)
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, networks, and common hardware
