Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering Engineer to join the Electro- and Plant Technology team at Autobahn GmbH, one of Germany's largest infrastructure operators. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and overall control of all safety- and electrical engineering systems for Germany's extensive highway network. Key responsibilities include preparing tenders, awarding contracts, supervising, and managing the billing for new construction, renovation, and retrofitting projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all safety requirements for electrical systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure, working on diverse and challenging projects that enhance safety and mobility across Germany.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom (FH)/Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Experience in the inspection and testing of safety- and electrical engineering systems
- Experience in the conception of safety-related electrical engineering systems
- Knowledge of the structure of safety- and electrical engineering systems
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license (PKW-Führerschein)
- Willingness to undertake business trips
- Position is suitable for part-time employment
