Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Technician who will be responsible for the independent commissioning, functional testing, and acceptance testing of complex, microprocessor-controlled systems. These systems include vacuum, crystal growth, metrology, and plasma technologies, both at the Jena site and at customer locations worldwide. Key responsibilities involve technical coordination of assembly and testing processes with clients, creating and processing test and acceptance documentation, and providing training and technical instruction to customer personnel to ensure smooth operation of the systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial electrics, with strong knowledge of electrical and control technology, and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
