Job Summary

The City of Geesthacht is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician to join its Underground Construction Department. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including the new construction, renovation, and maintenance of sports fields and facilities, as well as the upkeep of roads, paths, and public squares. You will also handle the maintenance of urban furniture, including fountains and various bollard systems, and technically process applications for property and construction site access. The ideal candidate will possess a state-certified technician qualification, knowledge of road construction, and familiarity with VOB and HOAI regulations.
