Job Summary

This role is critical for driving the standardization and evolution of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process within one of Switzerland's leading hospital networks. The successful candidate will holistically design, document, and manage the entire S2P process model, ensuring seamless integration with adjacent core processes, from demand generation through payment. A key focus is establishing effective Process Governance to guarantee auditability, legal compliance (including adherence to public procurement law), and efficiency across all organizational units. You will lead optimization projects, focusing on digitalization and automation, while acting as a bridge-builder to harmonize working methods and embed unified standards within the SAP S/4 Hana IT landscape. This position offers significant responsibility and freedom to shape organizational development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
