Job Summary

As a Senior IT Manager for ISMS, you will be centrally responsible for ensuring and advancing information and IT security within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, processes, and standards, as well as monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements like ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and NIS2. You will coordinate and support security audits and penetration tests, analyze security incidents, and manage remediation efforts. Furthermore, you will advise management and projects on security-related issues, conduct awareness training, and serve as a key interface to internal and external stakeholders on security matters. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape and contribute strategically to the development of a new core IT system, ensuring its security and future readiness.
