Job Summary

The University Hospital Bonn is seeking a Bioinformatician to join its Core Unit for Bioinformatics Data Analysis (CUBA). This role involves the analysis and processing of high-volume omics data, including next-generation sequencing (NGS) and MS proteomics data, with a focus on bulk, single cell, and spatial data. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain reproducible workflows and tools, report results, and document findings. They will also contribute to teaching activities, such as R programming and bioinformatics training courses, and consult with biomedical researchers. This full-time, two-year contract position offers creative freedom within a collegial team and the opportunity to work at a leading university hospital.
