Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Quality and Risk Management department at a high-performing university hospital, focusing on maintaining and enhancing feedback systems (complaints, ideas, and surveys) and ensuring structured follow-up on resulting actions. The officer will play a key part in maintaining the overall certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, requiring involvement in internal and external audits and reporting. A core responsibility is providing administrative support, assisting specialist departments with the application of Quality Management (QM) instruments, and supporting the integration of software-based systems. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Economics or a comparable field, possesses fundamental knowledge of hospital Quality and Risk Management, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills, making this a pivotal position in ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
