Job Summary

This role involves designing and delivering practical training sessions on Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, etc.) for various user groups, from beginners to experts. The trainer will develop innovative training materials, including presentations and video tutorials, and provide individual coaching and support to users. A key part of the role is analyzing training needs, advising on optimal usage scenarios and best practices, and facilitating the adoption of new Google Workspace features. The ideal candidate is a passionate trainer with excellent Google Workspace knowledge, ideally with relevant certifications, and experience in blended learning. They should be adept at conveying complex information clearly and engagingly, communicate effectively in both German and English, and be willing to travel within Germany and the EU.
