Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT Operations team, focusing on the seamless integration, optimization, and reliability of technology infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve providing desk-side and remote support, troubleshooting hardware and software components, and managing IT assets. You will work with various operating systems, including MS Windows, MacOS, and iOS, and support manufacturing and lab IT systems. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring robust solutions and driving business success. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure management and problem-solving within a dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills
Education
CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent in desktop support
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in desk-side support services
- Professional experience in supporting overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and IT devices
- Experience in managing Power Shut Down maintenance activities

- Onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Hamburg.
