Join HUK-COBURG's Data Analytics Team as a Data Scientist focusing on Causal Machine Learning, contributing to the transformation of data into valuable insights for over 13 million customers. In this full-time, permanent role in Coburg, you will design, develop, implement, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for speed, accuracy, performance, and scalability on both CPU and GPU platforms. You will continuously learn and apply cutting-edge Data Science and AI methods from research to practical business problems, while also mentoring junior scientists and interns. This position involves collaborative teamwork within an agile, interdisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and IT experts to integrate ML/DL solutions into products. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, practical experience in scalable ML solutions, robust programming skills in Python, and excellent analytical abilities, with a preference for experience in Causal Machine Learning and Recommender Systems.
