Job Summary

This role involves providing critical support to researchers at TU Braunschweig and other Lower Saxony universities, specifically focusing on High-Performance Computing (HPC). Day-to-day tasks include assisting with code parallelization, adapting research codes for parallel architectures, and administering Tier-3 HPC systems. The specialist will also be involved in the planning, procurement, and commissioning of new HPC system components. Key qualifications include a scientific university degree, preferably in a MINT field with HPC application, and strong experience in scientific software development.
