Job Summary

This challenging role requires an experienced professional to take full technical responsibility for the application and continuous development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the Insel Group, a leading healthcare organization. You will ensure strict adherence to legal risk assessment regulations while proactively driving risk identification and evaluation. A core function involves leading workshops with all directorates and medical areas to assess organization-wide risks and opportunities. Furthermore, you will support operational units in developing effective risk-controlling measures and controls, and generate compelling, informative reports for presentation to Executive Management and the Board of Directors. The successful candidate must possess a university degree in Business Administration and a minimum of five years of professional experience in organization-wide risk management, coupled with expertise in relevant standards like ISO 31000 or COSO ERM. This position offers a high degree of responsibility and the opportunity to work independently within a well-established, engaged team.
