Job Summary
This role is for a technically skilled IT Support Engineer specializing in 2nd Level support for Windows and/or Linux environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of these systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and implementation of system architectures, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level support teams. The position requires a strong focus on data protection, continuous learning, and a willingness to travel for project work. Proficiency in collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams, along with experience in various monitoring, virtualization, and automation technologies, is crucial for ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment.
