Job Summary

As a Jira Application Engineer, you will be a key member of the Workplace Engineering team, responsible for the full-stack administration, support, and enhancement of Zalando's Atlassian infrastructure, specifically Jira and Confluence. Your day-to-day will involve continuously monitoring and optimizing tool performance, automating processes, and designing and developing enhancements to align with internal business requirements. You will also triage and resolve complex user support requests and contribute to technical documentation, driving operational excellence.
