Job Summary
This role is for an Electrical Engineering Technician providing crucial support to the Head of the Electrical Engineering department within a leading research center. The individual will be responsible for the operational management and strategic development of the electromechanical locking system, including planning its transition from mechanical systems. Key tasks involve assisting with safety assessments, operating procedures, and workplace inspections, as well as supporting the quality management system and process development. The position also entails acting as a substitute in the technical material warehouse, handling goods receipt, SAP entries, and order fulfillment. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to contribute to cutting-edge research by ensuring optimal technical infrastructure in a dynamic and varied work environment.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician, Master Electrician, or Bachelor Professional in Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in occupational safety
- Experience with a QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001
